How do I book an appointment?

What Is Your Cancellation/No-Show Policy?

All appointments must be canceled or re-scheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Arriving 10 minutes late or more is considered a no-show.

Is A Deposit Or Credit Card Required For Booking?

Yes, we require a $100 deposit for ALL appointments. This will be applied to your treatment at the time of your appointment. If you late cancel, arrive 10 minutes late or no-show your appointment, your deposit is forfeited & will have to be repaid before booking again. Deposits are non-refundable.

Do You Send Appointment Reminders?

Yes! You will receive multiple reminders via e-mail and text. We will also personally reach out to receive a confirmation from you.

Can I Receive Injections If I'm Pregnant Or Breastfeeding?

Unfortunately, no. We do not treat anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, but we are happy to treat you once you are done!

How Old Do I Have To Be To Receive Injections?

We are happy to treat anyone who is 18 years old and above. We do not treat less than 18, even if parental consent is given.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a strict no-refund policy on services & retail products.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept cash, credit, and care credit. All treatments and retail must be paid for during treatment or purchase.

May I Bring A Guest?

Yes, you are welcome to have someone come with you. However, we do not allow children. Unfortunately, children and needles do not match well.
